Deep emotional reprocessing

Let go of what weighs you down.
Awaken what moves you.

Some pain is not resolved by time — we simply learn to hide it. TRG helps you explore its roots, reprocess experiences and build a more peaceful relationship with yourself and with life.

01 — The starting point

Perhaps strength is not what you lack.
Perhaps something needs reprocessing.

Many of our reactions began as ways to protect ourselves. Even when no longer needed, they can continue to shape our choices, relationships and how we see ourselves.

01

Anxiety and overwhelm

Your mind will not switch off, your body stays on alert and resting feels impossible.

02

Recurring patterns

Relationships, decisions or reactions unfold in different settings, yet seem to lead to the same place.

03

Trauma and emotional blocks

Past experiences continue to limit your confidence, self-esteem or freedom to move forward.

04

Compulsions and self-sabotage

Behaviours that offer brief relief, but later bring guilt, exhaustion and a sense of losing control.

What is TRG?

It is not about erasing the past.
It is about loosening its hold on you.

Generative Reprocessing Therapy (TRG, from the Portuguese name) is a structured approach to emotional reprocessing. It explores relevant experiences, sensations and themes to reduce their emotional weight and strengthen inner resources for the present and future.

  1. 01

    Understand

We identify your concerns, patterns and their impact on your life.

  2. 02

    Reprocess

We work carefully through chronological, somatic and thematic material.

  3. 03

    Reframe

We work to reduce the emotional weight without denying what you experienced.

  4. 04

    Move forward

We look ahead and strengthen autonomy, clarity and new resources.
